Our Wines

Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru

« Pouilly »
Coming from a plot of old vines, located in the heart of the hamlet of Pouilly and a top-of-the-range cuvée, coming from a chalky clay soil.
This wine has an intense and complex aromatic palette.

Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru

« Aux Chailloux »
An emblematic cuvée for our estate because these were the first plots of land that Jules Guérin worked. Today the estate is one of the most important producers on the "Aux Chailloux" climate. This magnificent clayey, non- calcareous terroir with rolled chailles is one of the most famous places in the appellation.

Pouilly Fuissé 1er Cru

Les vignes de Jules
Homage cuvee at Jules Guérin, William's great-grandfather, is a blend of plots of Pouilly Fuissé 1er cru located in the emblematic village of Solutré Pouilly. It is vinified in Burgundian oak barrels. We are here on a Pouilly Fuissé 1er cru that is full of power and elegance.

Pouilly Fuissé

Vielles Vignes
Vines over 40 years old, a blend of several parcels located mainly in the commune of Solutré Pouilly, growing on clay-limestone terroirs. The wine is vinified and matured in Burgundy oak barrels and oak casks.

Pouilly Loché

Les Mures
Pouilly Loché is the smallest appellation in the Mâconnais (33 hectares). The climate " Les Mures " is situated on a hillside, facing east, overlooking the Saône valley at an altitude of 250 metres, in the village of Loché, 5 kilometres south-east of Mâcon. Loché has been a site devoted to vines since the Romans. Excavations during the construction of the TGV station, which puts this vineyard 1 hour 40 minutes from Paris and Geneva, revealed the foundations of a large villa. Thereafter, the vine flourished under the influence of the monks of Cluny, who are reminded of the magnificent 12th century octagonal bell tower behind which the rocks of Solutré and Vergisson stand out.

Pouilly-Vinzelles

Les Quarts
A very small plot of land situated in the climate of "Les Quarts" with an eastern exposure which is perfectly suited to Chardonnay in this continental climate, quite southern, allowing early harvests and giving rich and powerful wines. The Vinzelles vineyard is not very well known compared to its big brother of Fuissé. Less than 53 hectares in production. Neighbouring the archaeological complex of Solutré, the appellation is based on the same Jurassic (Bathonian and Bajocian) rocks that crown the Mâconnais mountains.

Saint-Véran

Les Condemines
A plot of 70-year-old vines, ideally situated on a south-facing slope in the commune of Leynes, on a clay-limestone terroir. Produced and matured 100% in Burgundy barrels, offering a fruity, powerful and charming wine.

Saint-Véran

Nord-Sud
A beautiful meeting... One plot in the "North" and one in the "South" of the Saint Véran appellation gives this blend a perfect balance between citrus fruit, minerality and richness.

Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly

Au Rompay
In this southern tip of the Mâconnais, this parcel located on the Mont Pouilly, opposite the famous Roche de Solutré, is the highest of our estate. The harvest is regularly carried out in the last days of the harvest season, which gives wines with freshness and minerality.

Mâcon Vinzelles

Les Morandes
Mâcon-Vinzelles is an extension of the classified vines in Mâcon-Loché, to the north, and Mâcon-Chaintré, to the south. Overlooking the Saône valley corridor, Vinzelles has a telling etymology: vincella, in Latin, refers to the small vine. Small plot in the heart of the appellation, on a beautiful clay-limestone terroir, is characterised on the palate by its generous fruitiness, but remains balanced due to its light acidity.
